I was about to take my dogs in for there first groom. I could hear the groomers yelling at each other from outside. No way I would let my babies be around that hostility. It was bad! Nope

The end result of the grooming aspect was fine; the tiny dog I took in for a hair cut barely had any fur to begin with (I had just adopted her the day before) and needed to be cleaned up, nails...

Groomer does not listen to your requests and basically takes easy way out from grooming and goes to straight shaving. Place should be called Dog Days Shaving. Very disappointed.

I would give zero if possible. My dogs came home completely hacked up. We had to take to vet for ear hair removal two days later. I will never return to this place. Very negative experience. If...
