The staff of Interior Designers, through professional education, experience and written examination, are eligible to be licensed under the Architects and Interior Designers Title Act law. The 1984 law requires all Interior Designers to be licensed in Florida. On October 1, 1994, the Practice Act went into effect which helped to define the practice of interior design.
