The person that manages this establishment is very friendly, customer-oriented, & conscientious. He was able to take care of us then & there, adding new holes to the leather belt we brought him....

My boots were ruined. I did not think I should pay for something that came out worst than when brought in. Complete disaster. Will never come back.
