Jessica L. Dr. Buicko's clinical interests lie in the field of surgical oncology as well as minimally invasive approaches (including robotics) for all general surgery cases. Dr Buicko has authored or co-authored over 35 scientific publications, 8 book chapters and more than 25 posters and presented at 11 local, state and national meetings. She works as an educator at both the UME and GME level and has faculty appointments with the University of Miami and Florida Atlantic University. She also serves as the moderator for the Bethesda Hospital Tumor Board. Dr. Buicko is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery. She is a member of the American College of Surgeons and the American Association of Endocrine Surgeons and several other local and national societies.
