Journeys Fitness and Wellness was estalished in July 2004 by husband and wife, Kevin Laczko and Debbie Stickney-Laczko. Debbie had already begun her own practice as a licensed massage therapist and Kevin was eager to begin serving those interested in better fitness. The "marriage" of their callings has resulted in Central Florida's brightest up and coming fitness and wellness studio. We are now proudly serving our community in 2 studios with the fitness and wellness expertise of 4 licensed massage therapists, 4 certified personal trainers, and our registered and licensed dietician. We are exceedingly confident that we can help anyone who has a desire to enhance their overall wellness or fitness. Kevin now serves as Fitness Director and primary trainer. His background includes playing 4 years as a walk-on football player for the University of Florida and over 6 years serving as an officer in the U.S. Army where he developed comprehensive fitness regimens for his soldiers ensuring superior physical readiness for overseas missions. Debbie continues to passionately hone her skills to ensure the best clinical results of massage therapy, guaranteeing "therapy" remains the foremost objective of massage at Journeys. She graduated top of her class from Florida College of Natural Health in 2002 and has actively persued an even greater understanding of the neuro-muscular systems while serving every client and patient with total care in mind. Debbie and Kevin, together with their incredibly talented staff, are excited to offer you the very best in clinical massage therapy, weight management, personalized fitness training, expert nutrition guidance, and sports performance enhancement.
