As one of the first Crossfit boxes in Jacksonville we have always placed our athletes first. We take the time to get to know them and their goals, because we aren't just building a gym or an athlete, we are building a community.
Specialties
At CrossFit West Jax we specialize in finding and developing the athlete in all of us. Some of us want to compete in CrossFit style events, some of us want to loose weight, some to get stronger, others want to be able to move when they are 120, all of us want to be more awesome tomorrow than we are today.

This box is great for all levels. The classes are programmed well, and the people are all nice and go HAM. You will feel challenged and respected. I experienced a tragedy at the time I joined, but...
