History

CrossFit Kismet was established through the idea of believing in what positivity, knowledge, and persistence can do to the human body and spirit. We work from the inside out, since the muscles are tied to organs, and our organs are tied to digestion. Movement (technique) is a primary concern to both enhance our performance, and correct any previous injuries incurred by the individual.

Specialties

We specialize in introducing the general public to the wonders of CrossFit for overall health. We work on a systemic level, correcting many issues that have developed through faulty movement patterns, eventually restoring full range of motion, decreasing pain, and increasing overall athleticism no matter the age. We encourage everyone that wants to try Crossfit, yet is intimidated, to come train in our friendly, client centered environment. We are not just a gym, we are a laboratory, a University, a Physical Therapy clinic, and a performance gym all rolled into one. We offer a two week free trial, with absolutely no pressure sales.
