Who and what is Bay Arts Alliance Bay Arts Alliance ( BAA ) serves as the local non-profit arts agency of Bay County. A principle goal of BAA is to foster a lifelong appreciation and enjoyment of the Arts by providing opportunities for cultural enrichment in our community through broad-based educational experiences and quality performances. BAA also manages the Marina Civic Center, a state-of-the-art 2, 500-seat facility owned by the City of Panama City. Sharing a close relationship with the City is an essential component in fulfilling our management responsibilities. Through Bay Arts Publications, and those of other arts agencies' - programming, scheduling, and calendars are communicated. The Board of Directors of BAA designates the following actions to accomplish our mission:

Big Orange House Designs, located in Niceville, FL, offers a unique creative experience through a variety of mixed media art classes led by a talented team of regularly scheduled and guest artists. The studio is ideal for hosting events such as kids' birthdays, girls' nights out, team bonding, and office gatherings, providing a relaxed atmosphere for artistic exploration. In addition to art classes, visitors can enjoy delicious offerings at JoJo's Coffee and Goodness, where Mr. Big's signature roast and homemade treats take center stage.
