We loved our tour and cannot wait for our loved one to move in. The staff was amazing! We loved the courtyard and put-put area. Thank you.

The facility is rundown, filthy stained carpets separating, smells awful, staff let's patients stay in soiled underwear, rarely check on memory care patients.
