They do not wear hair masks and personally I find it unsanitary... Ice cream is okay but I don't want to think about hair in it. The customer service and not welcoming what so ever, not one person...

I don't like to give negative reviews, but I was so disappointed. I ordered my sons birthday cake because he loves ice cream cake and when I went to pick it up, it had nothing on it no flowers...

Ordered my cake a day prior and we got there and Connor helped us out.. had ZERO customer service skills couldn't even look you in the eye with his earbuds in his ears the whole time mumbling...
