This hotel clearly has a roach infestation. When being assigned to our FIRST room on the 2nd floor there was a small roach in the bathroom. Mind you...we went on the trip with friends and they...

I was charged $10 for pillow cases because my head wrap stained them. Soap and water could clean it out. I was charged for using things from the mini bar in which I didn't use any of those items....

I'm currently staying at room 334 and so far my stay was amazing. Everything is clean and staff are so friendly. They do room service everyday. Great restaurants around. I highly recommend this hotel.
