CJ'S CRAB SHACK BEGAN LONG AGO It all started in 1921 when Grandaddy Gus came over from Greece. The first thing he did was invent our now famous "deviled crab" (a crab cake which is baked and served in its original shell). Growing up we watched Granny Jewel masterfully season her shrimp, crabs and fish to perfection.
