Chukwuemeka Venatius Ikpeazu I, MD

Dr Calfa is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Associate Director of Community Outreach and Medical Co-Director of the Survivorship Cancer Program at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. She also serves as the Clinical Research Lead for the Breast Site Disease Group and Physician Leader of the Genetic Predisposition Syndrome Initiative at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. Furthermore, she leads Sylvester's Multidisciplinary Survivorship Clinic Program and plays a key role in the Adolescent and Young Adult Steering Committee.

Dr Spiegel is an Assistant Professor who joined the University of Miami in 2021 with a clinical focus on cellular therapy for hematologic malignancies. He is a translational researcher working to improve CAR-T cell outcomes for B cell malignancies and has led first in human trials of novel CAR-T therapies as well as investigator-initiated trials testing CAR-T in combination with targeted therapies.

Dr Pereira is an Associate Professor of Medicine who joined the University of Miami in 2003 and became the Director for Clinical Operations for the Adult Stem Cell Transplant Program in 2016. She is the immediate past president of the University of Miami Hospital and Clinics Medical Staff and her clinical and research interest are centered on stem cell transplant and cellular therapy for Plasma Cell Disorders, Germ Cell Tumors and benign diseases.
