Chase Bank

Convenient drop off in busy location where I often shop. Had a Chase account several years ago and want to open another one here.

I wouldn't recommend visiting this Chase Bank location. The customer service is disappointing, and the staff shows little sense of urgency or professionalism.

This is by far the worst bank,,,,plus website....I have found one employee who is helpful but the website is awful....I am tired from driving to a branch for service, Mary

Terrible customer service, the worst chase bank to go to. The employees don't have any sense of urgency. Other than a ATM deposit or withdrawal just avoid this location at all cost

I have had some bad experiences in the past but I had several good ones in a row so I feel like some commendation is necessary. The new staff is great.
