We are a family with Italian origin that love our ancestors traditions like hospitality and unionship. Our formation is based on Italian food and service style it’s what we do and we love it. Patricia is our Chef whose mother was an Italian with strong taste for food and family, she arrived to Argentina on the 40’s like many Italians, escaping from the war. As a result she raised her family with the same passion for unionship and also transmitted her passion for cooking to her daughter Patricia, and Patricia did the same with his son Matias, our Sous Chef. Also that family tradition was perfected with 20 years of formation achieving the highest standards that only study with the greatest word class Chefs Schools can give, being formed in pastry, chocolatier elaboration and public events with the objective of living from our passion. This is our goal we give the best of us to provide our clients a unique time feeling that you are part of our family.
