History

I have been teaching since college and was certified in Boulder Colorado after completing a BA in dance and performance at the University of Arizona. I have been teaching for 27 years and I have worked with athletes from the NHL, NTL, PGA Tour and US ski team. I was a Pilates director for the Reebok Club in New York City. I am experienced with MS and other neurological conditions and have collaborated with orthopedic physical therapists and sports performance training coaches. I can help you reshape your body and resolve subtle imbalances. I have studied dance, kinesiology and bio mechanics. I am committed to fun interesting and rewarding workouts! I am from the San Juan Islands in the Pacific Northwest. I speak Spanish French and Italian and I love teaching in South Florida!
