The young lady who took my order was personable and helpful. The young lady who poured ny drink missed the "no ice" part. I don't like getting ice when I specifically asked for it to not have ice.

The staff was rude. I asked if I could use the mobile app to order my food and she said no and that I needed to come inside. Not to mention the attitude.

The service was horrible the first thing i ordered was french fries then she asked if that was all and didn't let me finish and i said no and continued with my order. We pulled up to the window...
