This location is literally the worst!! It doesn't matter what you order; it will always take them an hour and still give you the wrong thing. But they're never busy. What's the excuse??

Worst Burger King I have ever been too. Extremely rude staff, waited 15 minutes for my whopper meal, then the food was cold. I will never be back here!

Literally the WORST Burger King Jacksonville. Long wait times. Poor service. Cold food. Horrible. I honestly believe they make you wait to deter you from ordering.
