Yvette earned her first bachelors degree in Sports Medicine from Guilford College. Soon after graduating, Yvette moved to Miami and worked as a personal/sports trainer. During that time, Yvette received her license as a Massage Therapist and opened her own business. Yvette returned back to school to pursue her ASN in Nursing and graduated in 2007. Yvette relocated to Southwest Florida and started her 10 year nursing career with Lee Health in multiple areas/units. While working fulltime and raising a family, Yvette earned her BSN and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Yvette decided to share her knowledge with our future nurses and joined FSW part time as a Clinical Instructor.
