made an appt on the internet. no response. called and made appt via an actual voice person for Jan 2 at 9am. waited in parking lot until 9:30 but nobody showed up for work. won't ever use their...

They are great. Professional and friendly. Definitely a recommend. Moved with David to several locations. With their own shop now...given them a call for a great shave and cut.
