This business is opened under a new ownership. Thank goodness my usual barber still has a his chair. Just look for the older gringo who looks like he might have retired from the army a few years...

Its a standard old school barber shop. Its old school not pricey and there's no loud music playing. 15 bucks for a haircut. I spend $20 and I'm happy and so is the barber.
