Traditional Bikram Yoga School established in 2002, with a philosophy of friends doing yoga with friends. The room is hot and be prepared to have fun, work out and sweat! Director has over 20 years of experience with early training from Bikram in California.

The Bikram Yoga College of India is a Yoga School devoted to teaching the Bikram Method of Hatha Yoga, the traditional way. Our School places a premium on acheiving deep, abiding, long-term health measured in Energy, Vitality, and Radiance of Wellbeing. That which is actively sought for by so many but rarely, truly achieved. This tradional approach of using Yoga Asanas and breathing emphasizes a focused and creatively disciplined technique in harnessing the human body and mind together under the command of the practitioner. Whether you're in fine physical condition or suffering from distressing physical, mental, or emotional issues, our commitment is to making substantive and transformational changes in your life through the practice of Bikram's Method.
