Benjamin and his wife Nathalie fell in love with the neighborhood of Thornton Park, wanting to share their culture with Downtown Orlando. Like Benjamin says many times, his goal is to make great food for people, like he was making it for himself. His love for baking created a great spot to enjoy a fresh and innovative menu.
