I don't think they are open at all. The website lists hours from Tuesday through Sunday. I arrived at 11:30 (Thursday), and the place is locked up with a sign on the door stating it is open on...

Great location to go hang out at the beach. Not crowded. They have a full stock bar to get drinks. The only issue is that you have to have a military id to get served. This wasn't an issue for me...
