Sucks! They don't care about customer service! Appointments don't matter! They chat with each other and ignore the customers I waited over an hour for my appointment and they just kept taking...

Terrible. 1 employee who's obviously wore out. Manager Karen in the back while 10 people stand in line. Your employee is literally sweating and almost in tears. I won't be going to this location...
