Why do you keep me on the phone line for hours before Ican get someone to talk too. Im thinking of changeing my bank there is no need for this.

Terrible customer service. Closes without notice, changes hours of operation. Uses Covid-19 as excuse but credit unions are still operating. Find a different financial service

1 teller after the New Year holiday during lunch. Lines are incredibly long. Not a great way to spend 45 minutes to make a deposit. Poor planning on bank of americas part.
