Terrible customer service. Closes without notice, changes hours of operation. Uses Covid-19 as excuse but credit unions are still operating. Find a different financial service

1 teller after the New Year holiday during lunch. Lines are incredibly long. Not a great way to spend 45 minutes to make a deposit. Poor planning on bank of americas part.
