They are right inside the Asian market and have a small area to order banh mi, cafe sua daughter and other drinks. There are some tables and chairs to eat outside. I ordered the banh mi dac biet...

It's a yummy egg coffee but it's $11 without tip, and it's a few sips. Pricey for what it is, even though it is very delicious (as egg coffee is a superior iced coffee).
