History

Armando Torres moved to Windermere in 2000 from New Jersey with his family. He focused on business during his undergraduate studies and discovered that to work in a multi-discipline industry such as real estate, being a well-rounded entrepreneur benefited his clients. With almost 20 years spent in the Sunshine State, he has acquired and learned an extensive amount about the local market and Orlando as a community. Armando, passionate about learning, has continued education in real estate, insurance adjustment, water restoration and building construction. In his free time, Armando enjoys outdoor adventures with his wife, daughter, and yellow-lab. He persistently finds time to read and travel. Grateful for the opportunity to have been raised in Windermere, Armando ensures that new residents are welcomed in a way that has become customary in Central Florida.
