Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. Advertised Hawaiian buns... out. Advertised crinkle fries... out. Bummer when they can't meet the expectations they advertise.

Awful. They did in fact not have the meats. Was told 20 mins to make the roast beef and I came back guess what. Turned to 45 mins till it was done. How does that work.
