Great spot for art viewing during Art Week. Nice to be able to see so many different artists' work at one convenient location. I go every year.

They don't give you your luggage back. Service is terrible. Tourist trap BE VERY CAREFUL. We almost missed our flights because NO ONE was there to return our luggage.

The good, the bad and the ugly. The good: the location is wonderful and the rooms are fairly spacious. The bad: you have to pay $20 or $30 for parking, the first room I was shown the shower...

The staff was nice, but the rooms are FILTHY. The cleaning staff do the bare minimum. We tracked sand in the room from the beach and I had to sweep it up myself. I doubt they switch out the sheets...
