As a part of the Key Lime Sailing Club, the American Sailing Academy is one of the few facilities in the world to make learn-to-sail dreams come true in a perfect, economical, vacation setting. The resort has a fleet of Catalina 22's available for guests to use as soon as they complete their classes and even larger boats for the advanced sailing courses. This is a unique learning experience. We will teach you to sail safely and with confidence. Our instructors have made sailing their profession, and are some of the best in the industry. You'll not only learn the art and science of sailing, but also experience sailing as a lifestyle! We pride ourselves on providing a stress free learning experience. After you complete your ASA-101 course, you'll be able to sail off on your own and explore the waters of Buttonwood Sound and Florida Bay.
