Was overcharged for shoe tips and the owner gave me a hard time for a little glue on the tip of the sole. never coming back and it has to do with the owner and her customer service. horrible.

4 Stars because the outcome is LIKE-NEW, but the customer service isn't there yet. I've brought a few pairs of heels to American Shoe Repair (in the Dry Cleaning spot off of Bumby) and every time...
