Dr. Decker is a pediatric cardiologist specializing in electrophysiology, cardiac arrhythmias, cardiomyopathies and heart failure. He offers innovative and minimally invasive techniques to benefit patients at the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Heart Institute. He was named the 2023 William A. Baumgartner Physician of the Year for Johns Hopkins All Children's in the Johns Hopkins Medicine Clinical Awards. Before joining All Children’s, Dr. Decker was an assistant professor of pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, where he completed a fellowship in pediatric cardiology, an advanced fellowship in heart failure/transplantation, and an advanced fellowship in pediatric electrophysiology at Baylor College of Medicine. A graduate of Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Camden, New Jersey, Dr. Decker did his pediatric residency training at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Montes is a Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine physician in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Department of Pediatric Medicine, seeing patients in Sarasota, Florida. He joined the medical staff in 2019. Some of Dr. Montes areas of clinical expertise include pediatric rehabilitation and caring for children with disabilities.Previously, Dr. Montes was the medical director of the Pediatric Rehabilitation Department at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and chief of pediatrics at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Medical Center.Dr. Montes earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. He completed a pediatric internship and residency at LAC/USC Pediatric Pavilion in Los Angeles.Dr. Montes is fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Skidmore specializes in pediatric medicine at the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Outpatient Care location in Sarasota, Florida. She has worked as a pediatrician in the Sarasota area since 2009.Dr. Skidmore earned her Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She completed her residency through the USF Health Pediatric Residency Program.
