Alexandra Johnson, PA-C

Dr. Tara Sosna is a board-certified OB/GYN and Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, providing expert women's healthcare. She earned her medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine and completed her OB/GYN residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital. With a background in cell biology, psychology, and pharmacology, Dr. Sosna offers comprehensive, evidence-based care. She has also participated in international medical missions in Israel and Central and South America, reflecting her strong commitment to global women's health.

Dr. Peyton Marr, DO, is a women's health specialist dedicated to improving maternal care through leadership, research, and clinical excellence. She earned her medical degree from the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at AMITA Saint Joseph-Chicago, where she served as Chief Resident and received the Excellence in Leadership Award. Dr. Marr helped establish the MNO Initiative, contributed to reducing cesarean rates, and earned multiple research awards. She is certified in ACLS, ALSO, and NRP. Outside of medicine, she enjoys golf, Pilates, cooking, wine, and travel. She sees patients in Brandon, Tampa, and Ruskin.
