I ordered a 14k gold cross pendant and when I received the box/package it was empty, no cross just an empty box. Called Adan he said he was sure the cross was in the box, the package was insured...

This business is SHADY they took my money and refused to send the merchandise they stopped answering the phone and all communication. avoid this business !!! Zero stars
