I grew up in a small town just like Milton. My goal when I went into nursing was to be part of a community and get to know those I serve. I have been a practicing Nurse Practitioner for over 10 years. In that time I have worked in rural clinics, emergency rooms, house calls, retail health and correctional medicine. What I found is that conventional plans leave patients and providers unhappy due to the focus on numbers. And worse, the current setting often leads to poor outcomes. My hope is that
