Hope PACE helps seniors who want to remain independent and continue living in their own home. Upon enrollment, participants receive all of their health care services through Hope PACE, including medical care, prescription drugs and free transportation.

Evans Health Care Center is a place to get better, a place for living. We are a 120-bed skilled nursing center, and a proud member of the Consulate Health Care family.
