Useless membership! 5.5 hours for a tow??!?! So we call member services. 45 minutes later, still on hold after dispatcher said it was best he could do. In all of Tampa Florida???

AAA left me stranded on I4, in the rain, in the middle of nowhere because their Covid regulations said I could not ride with the driver but YET it was ok for me to get in a small car with a UBER....
