First day they went to the wrong town. Had to reschedule. True, I gave them the street address without the town, but you'd think if more than one town appeared when they GPS'd it, they'd confirm...

The company advised they would be there between 8am and 9am. At 8:30 am the crew arrived (Jay & Emilio). They immediately began working and never stopped. They continually worked without a break....
