Clean facility, friendly staff and a lot of machines to use. The ladies bathroom is clean it is rare I've seen it dirty. I wish some of the stair masters worked it seems like they have them out...

Why is it called 24hr if it's not open 24 hours and we been here since 5am and it is currently 8:30 and they still haven't opened it yet when it claims that it opens at 5am everyday

The locker room, showers, and bathroom areas are absolutely disgusting. Nobody cleans these areas with any regularity. I feel gross just after going into this area. I have emailed the management...
