This is know for its huge escalators as it is built deep underground. One of the two stations (Cleveland Park) servicing the zoo. If you don't/can't do escalators and/or stairs, use the elevator...

Took the metro to the zoo. I got off at this Metro train stop and entered the longest escalator, I've ever seen. It is crazy long. Very clean station. 5-10 minute walk to the zoo.
