Many weeks of trying to use this UPS. Never honest on actual hours. Can never give real hours for notary.

Worst customer service. Usually they are nice but wow the manager and the three employees working today were heartless and def don't care about providing good customer service. Avoid if possible....

The woman who "helped" us was rude i and acted like we were dumb in front of multiple other customers and workers and over charged us on one small envelope.
