Did a mobile app order and will NEVER come back to this location. Rude staff, two items were missing, food was undercooked, no bag, napkins or coffee holders. My "bottle water" was ice water...

This place has (sometimes) long lines, but they really push people through. Excellent service, good pores on the coffee, so no complaints on my side.

The customer service is non-existent. I had to greet the barista because nobody greeted me. The employees seemed more interested in their own conversations than they were with serving customers.
