Rates are absolutely ridiculous. Scanned the code at target for validation and only got $10 off. Charged me $21 then wouldn't let me out AFTER charging me.

Do not park here. The parking setup furnished by Metropolis is shady, fraudulent, and misleading. You can get an hour of free parking with validation from Target but what they don't tell you is...
