i dont know how y'all accept this as decent. yikes. not remotely good. drive to silver spring. go anywhere else. it's difficult to find subpar vietnamese but this is it. The bun bo is water....

Pho 14 is located in Columbia Heights, about a 5-7 minute walk from the metro. I live close by and it is a restaurant I go to occasionally and bring friends when they are visiting from out of town...
