Other Half Brewing DC

Located in the heart of Washington DC's Ivy City district, the Other Half Brewery and Taproom features over 20 of our craft IPAs, lagers, sours, and stouts on draft along with ample indoor and outdoor seating and a rotating array of local food trucks. Recently named the #2 small brewery in America, Other Half was founded in Brooklyn, NY in 2014 with a simple mission: to create beers that we wanted to drink from a company that we wanted to be a part of. In 2020, we opened our newest facility in Washington D.C to expand lager production and barrel-aging. And, of course, you'll find new, award-winning IPAs available every week from both our DC and Brooklyn locations. We offer brewery tours and tastings every Sunday-Thursday at 2pm. These weekly brewery tours are open to the public and include a tour of our brewing facilities and two tasters of our beer for $15 a person. If you’re interested in joining us, simply show up at 2pm any Sunday-Thursday and let our bar staff know!
