This is a safe, comfortable building and I would recommend living here. The pros: the apartments are big for the price, the extra den space is perfect for a WFH set up, the pool/gym/roof decks...

They don't answer emails. You go to the leasing office in-person for concerns, they tell you to email them because they can't do anything, and they don't answer them.

Terrible. 1. The leasing office is rude & doesn't care. 2. The building is old and isn't LED certified therefore expect to spend anywhere from $150-$200 in water, gas and electric (run!!). 3....

Meridian claims to have a club room on the top floor, which is supposed to be a common area where residents can work from home. WRONG. THE AIR CONDITIONING is BROKEN for 2 weeks now (July 2020)....
