The IRS should continue to offer the free fillable 1040 form for incomes of over $100k so that an individual does not have to go to a third party. It has proven to be both convenient and easy to use.

I was on hold for 45 minutes then hung up on. I don't know maybe with all the money you take from tax payers you could get more people to work for you or get better phone lines!!!!

Can never get a hold of them. Automated phone system SUCKS. Designed to thwart each and every caller. I hope the IRS is overhauled completely one day, they don't deserve to be called an "agency".
