Extremely courteous welcoming staff. The lounge area and rooms are clean. The location is ideal for exploring Washington Mall and valet parking is so convenient.

Decent property right downtown. Super convenient to all downtown locations and Metro. Safe and clean, pleasant rooms, cheaper than other Hyatt options in the city , definitely a good choice
