I got this bowl delivered so maybe take this with a grain (or two of salt) - here we got a two protein make your own bowl with tuna and shrimp. the tuna had the weirdest, almost papery texture....

The food was fresh and healthy but small amoumt so we've to order more food after these dishes. The service was great, cute japanese decoration ambiance.
